WHAT THE???!!

Need I even explain this??? Why he insists on humiliating the fam in front of all the neighbors like this is beyond me!! Appearently he thinks he looks hot! And the real fun part of this get up is the shoes that are not available for your veiwing pleasure but I assure you they too are a real treat! They are some cute little bright red faux keds with floral print on the bottom. He was able to pick them up for a mere $5.00 at the local Wal-fart. Lucky me!
These are their cousins from Nevada but moving to Pinetop (YEA). They stayed with us a few weeks ago and the boys were in heaven! They were able to witness and enjoy the above pic also! We will be looking for some equally nice shorts for them to return in so they will better fit in around here! I know they were very jealous of Austins ansemble but not to worry we are working on it!
Chance is the same age as Austin and he is 6'1. This does not bode well with my eldest so he is standing on his skateboard and Chance, being the good cuz that he is, is slouching for Austins sake! We all had so much fun and are super excited for them to be moving closer! We cant wait to be able to spend more time with them! We love them to death, thanks Chance and Dakota for all the fun and to Sherrie for allowing them to stay with us!

Wednesday was the kids first day of school! And Carsons first day of kindergarten!! I was so sad to let him go but he was excited about it so I tried to be a big girl and cover up my bawling under my really dark sunglasses and tell him to have a great day! He did awesome! The teacher told me she was very proud of him and that I should be too... Of course I already was!
So Friday he tells me "mom, I wanted to ride the bus when I went to school" in a crackly voice holding back tears. Me, "easy there, not gonna happen!" We dont do buses! Kids say the funniest things..haha!

Better late than never right??

After we went to Hawley Lake this year we decided to do something different. We were having so much fun that none of us were excited to go home so we decided to go to Tonto Creek again and have a picnic! Little did we know, it would also be a swim party!I know I am a little slow on the posts but I do have 4 chillens that keep me pretty busy, as I am sure you can all agree!
Anywho I could not let this post go because we had so much fun! The water was freezing and our kids were all turning purple but for some reason it just doesnt bother them!
I love this pic to death! All of these boys are so close in age and they all get along so great, if you cant tell! And yes, we do feed them!

I also love my sisters and my mom to death! There is nothing better than having them for my best friends! They are a super blessing in my life!

I have to say, I am so thankful for family!! My Family is so close and I could not be more blessed! It is so great to know that no matter what they will always be there and love me, flaws and all! I am also so grateful for the fact that all of us have all these kids who are the same age and who are also close! When I was growing up my parents had some close friends and we would play with their kids but just like most friends, we drifted apart and unfortunately I probably wouldnt recognize the kids that we played with now. But fortunately we had lots of cousins that we spent alot of time with and I still have those amazing cousins and relationships and I am so grateful that my kids will have that for the rest of their lives too with their cousins!

3 JOYS...
1. My family of course!! My ever so perfect hubby, and my 4 gorgeous boys,,mmmmm I love them to death!
2. Movie night. Laying on the floor with big pillows and blankets with boys on both sides of me and watching a super funny movie!
3.Watching my boys play sports! I love seeing them progress and be proud of their accomplishments!

3 FEARS...
1. Something happening to one of my boys including my biggest one (Jim).
2. Water.. Thats right, if I cant see the bottom Im not gettin in!! I was totally beside myself on my cruise. I was terrified we were going to be the next Titanic. And there would be no need to reserve a spot in a life boat for me since I would have already had a heart attack and died just at the news of there being a problem. I dont go in lakes either as jaws could have certainly made his way in to find me and eat me alive.
3. Heights. OK so I appearently have issues..

3 GOALS...
1. To become independantly wealthy so my hubby never has to go to work again. Thats actually both of our goal.
2. To always have a great relationship with my boys!
3. When Jim retires I want to sell off everything and buy a Winnabago and travel the states with just me and Jim!! That would be fun!

3 OBSESSIONS...
1. Scrapbooking! Who would have guessed!
2. Eating! Like Diana I too think food is a wonderful thing. It brings people together. And I love it!!
3. Last but not least JIM!! I am not afraid to admit that after 15 years of marriage I am still totally obsessed with my hubby. One of my favorite things is getting into bed with him and we get to talking and we will be up until 2 or 3 in the morning just chatting the night away! Uninterupted!!Yep thats the best!

3 RANDOM FACTS...
1. I cannot function or be nice when my house is the least little bit dirty. My husband hates this about me. He says people live here, chill out!
2. I am totally addicted to scary movies! October is my favorite month because all month long Channel 43 plays scary movies and we record all of our favs and watch them over and over. We rent them too and no matter how scary I have to see them.
3. I love vacationing. One Of my most favorite times ever was last summer when we drove up the coast of Cali. Just me and my 5 boys. I was in heaven being on the road seeing all the sights, watching fireworks over the San Fransisco Bay, relaxing on the beach and just being with my family!

wow! I could have done that a couple of times, I had lots of answers.. SO now I guess I get to tag some girlys! I tag Danielle, Lu, Elisha, Shauna and Debra..

Hawley lake was such a blast!! We had so much fun! I love doing stuff like this with the whole family because it builds such priceless memories for the adults and for all the cousins.
And it was such a nice surprise that my Grandparents came in on the second day and spent the night with us! They wanted to sleep in the same room that we put all the older boys in because grandma was talking with them alot. I think she might have later regreted that decision since she had no idea that Austin could out talk her! Austin and grandma ended up staying up half the night talking and sharing stories. It was so funny! I love that he will be able to have that great memory of her forever!
There was lots of fun walks and adventures and chatting and of course tons of food.
Why Jim thot it was cool that this cow was staring down our babies Im not sure, but you can bet my photographer was not about to miss a photo op.

We caught lots of fun critters too! Like the 3 frogs, a snake, about 15 crawdads and yes a sqirrel. They captured that poor sqirrel in the same nasty net that they caught the snake in. Thinking the boys were just nice feeding him, totally unsuspecting of what was going to happen next, poor thing! We did let him and everything else go as soon as we were all done oogling over them all. The kids were all in heaven being able to catch all these things and play with them. Cousins, critters and dirt, What more could a kid want!!
It was so much fun we cant wait to go back next summer! However we are going to book our cabin this summer for next to make sure that we can stay 5 days because 3 is just not enough when you are having that much fun!!

SUPER FUN IDAHO!!!!

So, 3 weeks later I finally am doing my Idaho trip!!We got there on Thursday and Talese had saved her Endowment session for that night so that everyone could be there for it. In fact, they saved everything for this weekend so we could all attend, Thank you Esta Talese and Talaina for that! So Friday morning we decorated for the baby shower,then we went to Taleses bridal shower.

Talese was so funny the whole time at the shower because she wanted "the naughtier, the better" we were all laughing so hard at her attitude with it. Shes the best..
We went straight from the bridal shower to Talainas baby shower. She also waited to have that for all of us to be there too.
Then we went straight to the Rehearsal dinner.
Brad had made a video and they played it at the dinner and we were all bawling our heads off. It had pics of both of them all growing up and dating. It was so sweet, we were all so impressed with Brads romantic side!!
Saturday was so much fun!! we all sat around Talese all morning watching her get ready and chatting.
She turned out absolutely gorgeous, Dont you think.!!!.

The rest of the trip was a blast, the perfect "mommy retreat" and "all girls get away" ever!! A weekend of fun, laughing, relaxing, and whatever else a girl could possibly want!! I hope we get to do it again sometime.
An extra special Thank you to my Aunt Esta for taking such good care of us and allowing us to spend this wonderful time with all of you! I know us being there was alot of extra work for her during this time and we appreciate all the work she did so much.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY !!!!!

I have been so blessed to be able to have such great men in my life!
Anyone who knows my hubby also knows how much he loves family!! There is nothing he wouldnt do for me and our 4 boys. We are always dreaming of ways to become independently wealthy so he never has to go to work again. Unfortunately we havent come up with it yet!
Nonetheless if he s not at work , he is wrestling with the boys, swimming with us, playing ball with the boys, watching movies with us or just plain hanging out with us... He is my very best friend and much much more(we'll keep it clean!!) Hes truly the best hubby and father to our boys!! I love you bootiliciuos!!!I am also so lucky to have been raised by this man! He is one of the 3 greatest men In the world!
(all 3 are featured here!hehe, actually I have 2 Brother-in-laws that also belong on the list) He always has a huge smile on his face and a friendly word for everyone. We often tease him because he is so sweet that he is always attracting "strays" and inviting them into our family for hootinanies, And of course he treats them just like family!! He is such a great example for my entire family. I love you daddy!!

All of the super qualities that my hubby has he gets from this man! There is also nothing more important to him than family. It was really hard to find a pic with just him and Jim because he usually has all my boys hanging all over him, they absolutely adore him...He is such a kind loving man and he has always treated me like a daughter. He is so sweet to me and I love and appreciate him in my life so much!!
